It is designed for children from birth up to 75 cm, approximately around 12 months old, and is installed in the opposite direction, as recommended by the most recent regulations for optimal head, neck and spine protection.

The Tri-Protect™ headrest integrates three layers of protection, including Intelli-Fit™ memory foam, to better absorb forces in the event of a side impact and provide the newborn with targeted support in the most delicate area.

The ECE R129/03 i-Size approval provides for stricter side impact tests than previous regulations, offering an additional safety guarantee for families looking for an egg updated to the most advanced standards.

To facilitate proper installation, Joie I- Starter™ has colored belt guides when attached to the car belt, reducing the risk of positioning errors.
